This page is intended to provide a comprehensive resource to persons working in or conducting research in the field of criminal justice.

We will attempt to update this page as often as possible to verify that the links are functioning; we cannot, however, verify continuing access to every site or the accuracy of any site's content. Most links include a brief site description. For those who wish to browse the list of agencies and organizations, access our alphabetical listing. Otherwise, we have organized the sites according to the following general categories. We will add new categories as the page is updated.

• Legal Resources: Sites to assist in locating laws and legal resources on the Internet.
• New York State: Government, criminal justice sites, facts and figures on NYS, NYS media.
• Professional Associations: Professional groups in law enforcement and criminal justice administration.
• Public Policy Organizations and Think Tanks: National and local public policy and research organizations.
• State Criminal Justice Planning and Research Agencies: Sites listed here are responsible for data collection or public policy research and statistics within the state. Included here are State Statistical Analysis Centers (SACs) with web sites.
• Statistics: Links to many sites which provide criminal justice and related on-line data.
