This report chronicles the hate crime incidents that law enforcement agencies reported to DCJS for 2008, including data on the number of hate crime incidents reported, the number of hate crime prosecutions, the disposition of cases that began with a hate crime arrest and data on the type of bias (i.e., anti-Jewish, anti-black…) that was reported.
