Judicial Processing - Reporting to UCS and DCJS - Correcting DCJS Data
1. When courts and other criminal justice agencies notice the need to correct inaccuracies, errors or missing data pertaining to their agency on the DCJS rapsheet, written documentation of the correction needed should be made to the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services, Office of Operations, Criminal History Bureau, 4 Tower Place, Albany, NY 12203. Notification may also be made by phoning the DCJS Customer Service Contact Center at 518-457-5837 or 1-800-262-3257.
